Nikhil is a first-year MS in Robotics student at Carnegie Mellon University. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Techonology (ISM) Dhanbad with a B.Tech (Distinction) in Engineering Physics.

Nikhil’s current research is focused on certifiability of learning-based algorithms for Detect and Avoid (DAA). He has a profound interest in Robotic Perception, Localization & Mapping and understanding how human’s perceive and navigate the world. Apart from AI and coding, he finds recreation also in movies, gaming, cooking and music.
