Shiqi received his master degree from University of California San Diego(UCSD). His areas of interest mainly include 3D perception, computer vision and deep learning. He focuses on enabling robots to understand the environment and learn the inner-relations inside of it. Currently, he is working on improving the 3D relocalization ability of robots when dealing with large translation and orientation differences.
