Tyler is a first-year Master’s in Robotics student at Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science. He also graduated from Carnegie Mellon with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics.

Tyler is currently working on the Wildfire project, and his research interests lie in 3D Mapping, Localization, and SLAM. Beyond academics, he enjoys playing and learning various sports, particularly soccer and skiing, exploring new coffee shops, and working on cars.
